Location is great. Cleanliness, cooling, calmness and spacious reception. Staff are helpful especially Mr. Faisal was good at reception with nice smile.

Hotel was modern and bright. We paid extra for the higher level city view. Valet parking was a great bonus. Staff were great. We were only there for one night as we had a booking at Le Petit Chef restaurant, which is on the ground floor of the hotel and highly recommended. Breakfast was nice and with a good selection of choices. There was also brunch available that looked great but we didn't have time to try it.

The room was spacious and well-sized, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast fell slightly below expectations, and the bed pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

Incredible experience. I want to give a huge shoutout to Haneen in the Reception (Check-In) for the exceptional welcoming. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

The facilities of the hotel and the most important part is the excellent support from the Concierge department especially from Mr. Akalanka and Mr: Saeed Front office manager, Ruba from the reception.
