I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, I did have a small issue during dinner at the Milwan Restaurant. The fettuccine I ordered was undercooked. The waiter, however, handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. He offered to replace the dish, but since it was already quite late, I politely declined. To my surprise, he brought me a traditional dessert called Umm Ali, on the house. It was absolutely delicious and truly made my night. Overall, the experience was memorable thanks to the staff's genuine hospitality. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

We were only there for one night as we had a booking at Le Petit Chef restaurant, which is on the ground floor of the hotel and highly recommended. Breakfast was nice and with a good selection of choices. There was also brunch available that looked great but we didn't have time to try it.
